We have no incoming or outgoing calls. We're in the valley (sfv) and we can't reach our customers while we're en route for a catering job! This is a major inconvenience. Thank god the internet and texting still work! I hope we don't lose business b/c of this. A natural disaster/weather related outage is one thing but AT&T clearly knew this was going to happen and failed to take the proper steps to inform customers. This is irresponsible. My guess is, AT&T runs on several backbones in this (extremely large) metro area, which makes good sense.
