You must amend your article to notice that the executives of QSII were placed under arrest via the citizens arrest process of the NY Penal Code.

We pick the devices as of roughly Dec. 1, so just like last year when the BB Storm didn't make it, this year neither the Palm Pre Plus, Palm Pixi Plus, nor Google Nexus One made it -- those are all 2010 phones and they -- or their successors -- will be in the 4th annual Round Robin.

And yes, the video was shot a month or so ago. Originally I was going to do webOS in the first week but the schedule got changed -- and boy did Palm kick it into high gear in the meantime.

My review will take all that into account, however, as I hit up the Palm lounge at CES to get a second look at the second generation. Actually, I'll embed that video here as well...

These are both old as hell phones. :/ What about the Pre Plus? Would like to see how the 512mb ram compares to the 3GS with 256mb!

While it says that 3-d Gaming is not available, at CES two weeks ago, 3D gaming did come to webOS!!! Also, video recording and Flash will be coming to webOS in February!
