QuickOffice, Box.net Updated -- Now Play Great Together
QuickOffice and Box.net both announced updates recently that work together to provide more seamless access to documents on your iPhone, from the cloud.
QuickOffice 3.0 [$9.99 - iTunes link] lets you access documents stored on Box.net, as well as other cloud-based repositories like MobileMe, Google Docs, and Dropbox. It's also a free update for existing users.
Box.net has [Free - iTunes link] also released a new version that includes collaborative comments, the QuickOffice integration mentioned above, and new API's for developers to connect up search, commenting, and activity tracking in other apps as well. Requires a Box.net account, but you can get 1GB free online.

Box.net cost too much for too little space, dropbox needs to add a plan 25 gigs for 4.99 a month
You may want to look at HyperOffice for iPhone. A mobile office web app. Rather than bundling third party tools, it has its own tools for mail/calendar/contacts synching, task management, document access and collaboration, workspaces etc.

QuickOffice access to google docs pretty much solves the storage problem. You can upload all sorts of documents to google docs without conversion. This means those seldom needed PDF manuals that you never have handy are always close at hand. And the spread sheets that you share with company members can be edited from anywhere.
QO has been aggressive with the upgrades. Its well worth the price for business use.
My only complaint is that the last upgrade quietly dropped my passcode lock which I didn't catch till some days later.
