Best wireless chargers for multiple devices 2024

When you go to bed, there are usually two things that you put on charge at the same time — your iPhone, and your Apple Watch. There are plenty of docks that will fit an iPhone, and plenty that will fit an Apple Watch, but did you know that there are also plenty that will fit both?

To keep down the number of plugs you take up every night when you charge your stuff, a docking station that will charge both the best iPhones and Apple Watches is a great option. There are even options that add in a wireless charging coil to the equation for your AirPods, or another device. As a space-saving operation on what is usually a tight space (your nightstand), a multiple-device charger is perfect.

But which ones are the best? Thankfully, we at iMore have tested some of the best around, so we know which ones you should be looking at. Here are the best wireless chargers for multiple devices.

As you can see in our review of the Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charger with MagSafe, it's one of the only wireless charging stations we've seen that elevates both the iPhone and the Apple Watch in a front-facing, easy-to-access position. This charging stand uses iPhone MagSafe technology and the Apple Watch's built-in magnets to elevate the devices. It also has a charging pad on the base for Apple AirPods, so you can charge all of your devices at once.

The beauty of this charger is that you can continue to use the iPhone and Apple Watch while they charge because of the conveniently mounted position. It also supports Nightstand Mode on the Apple Watch so the watch can continue to display the time as long as it's mounted on the charger. The streamlined design comes in two colors and fits into most interior styles. This is the perfect charging station for any Apple lover's bedside table.

This sleek charging station from Belkin can charge three devices simultaneously, supporting both MagSafe and Nightstand Mode.

Reasons to avoid

It doubles up as a viewing stand for your iPhone while also allowing you to charge three devices at once including a MagSafe compatible iPhone, Apple Watch and MagSafe compatible AirPods. If needed, you could also charge a second iPhone instead of AirPods if you happen to have two iPhones in your household. You can also detach the Apple Watch charging plate at any time.

You'll need to add on a wall plug when buying this, but that's worth it given how neat and stylish this station is. Being able to detach the Apple Watch charging plate and clip it on the side of your MacBook is a nice extra bonus that could be essential depending on your situation.

The foldable Apple MagSafe Duo Charger is extra-small and pocketable. The double wireless charger lies flat as it simultaneously charges your iPhone and Apple Watch. When it's not in use, you can fold it down into an even smaller size that's easy to carry in your bag or pocket. Since it's equipped with MagSafe, it aligns automatically with any MagSafe-enabled iPhone for optimal charging, and the Apple Watch charging connector flips up so you can charge your watch in Nightstand Mode.

Even though it doesn't charge more than two devices at once, you can also use the wireless charging pad to charge any Qi-enabled device, such as AirPods. Despite the compact size of this charger, it is powerful, with charging speeds of up to 14W. Keep in mind that if you don't already own a 20W USB-C charging adapter, you will need to buy one to use with this device.

Take this dual charger anywhere with its flat-folding design. The MagSafe Duo Charger will charge your iPhone and Apple Watch.

It's a lovely thing to look at, its aluminum shell sand blasted for a stunning finish. It feels every bit worth its high price point, and will blend in perfectly with any decor.

It does charge two devices at once, so you're not going to have room for the likes of AirPods or an iPad. If you just need something that looks nice and will charge your iPhone and Apple Watch, then you're in for a treat.

Reasons to avoid

-
Not compatible with charging non-MagSafe iPhones wirelessly

In my opinion, there are few accessories that are more convenient for your work desk than a compact charging station. In our review of the Anker 637, we found that it's an excellent way to keep all your devices (and I do mean ALL) plugged into one convenient power source. It will eliminate that pesky "chair wheels running over the power cord" debacle. This one is made even more convenient by the addition of a MagSafe wireless charging stand that holds up your iPhone at an easy-to-view angle as it charges.

With the Anker 637, you can charge up to seven devices at once, including your MagSafe-compatible iPhone. It even has three 1250W AC ports for bigger devices like your MacBook or monitor. In addition, there are two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports, so you'll be hard-pressed to find a device that you can't charge with the Anker 637.

Organize your desktop charging situation with the Anker 637. It can charge seven devices at once, including bigger devices like MacBooks.

Most stylish

Nomad Stand One Max

Most stylish

Specifications

No. chargers: 3
MagSafe: Yes
Built in battery: No

Reasons to buy

+
Great-looking
+
Compact footprint
+
Two color options
+
Effective charger

Reasons to avoid

-
Cannot use Standby Mode while charging Apple Watch
-
Doesn’t charge iPhone super fast while charging other devices
-
Expensive

This is a gorgeous, classy MagSafe charger with a lot of heft. It comes in two colors, Carbide (which is basically black) and Silver (which is both silver and white.) As mentioned in our NOMAD Stand One Max review, it works great for charging your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods, though it has one design flaw. While you can indeed use both StandBy and Nighstand Mode, you cannot use them at the same time. In fact, when you charge your iPhone horizonally, the Apple Watch doesn't even fit on the charger. Still, the elegant style would make a great addition to any decorative style.

Most Flexible

OtterBox 2-in-1 Power Bank with MagSafe

(Image credit: Karen S. Freeman / Future)
Most Flexible

Specifications

No. chargers: 2
MagSafe: Yes
Built in battery: 10,000mAh

Reasons to buy

+
A 10,000mAh power bank for on-the-go charging
+
Folds down for portability
+
Can be used in different positions
+
Can use either StandBy or Nightstand Mode

Reasons to avoid

-
Fairly bulky for travel
-
Doesn't charge super fast
-
Pricey

This handy MagSafe two-in-one charger can be used either plugged in at home or office, or as a power bank anywhere. It's a 10,000 mAh battery that charges your iPhone and Apple Watch at once. As noted in our OtterBox 2-in-1 Power Bank with MagSafe review, you can fold it different ways, depending on how you want to use it. Open it to use as a charging stand; your iPhone can charge either vertically or horizontally in StandBy mode. Or close it to use as a charging pad for your iPhone; in that shape the Apple Watch charger pops up so you can use Nightstand Mode.

Best cooling

TORRAS 3-in-1 Charging Station with MagSafe Charger Stand

(Image credit: Karen S. Freeman / Future)
Best cooling

Specifications

No. chargers: 3
MagSafe: Yes
Built in battery: No

Reasons to buy

+
Charges iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods at once
+
Cooling mechanism avoids overheating iPhone
+
Apple Watch charger detaches to use elsewhere
+
Can utilize StandBy
+
Can use Nightstand Mode
+
Folds for portability

Reasons to avoid

-
Cooling fan is audible
-
Must be careful with charging placement
-
Fairly pricey

In our TORRAS 3-in-1 Charging Station with MagSafe review, we raved about the flexibility and iPhone cooling mechanism. After all, overheating is a big source of battery deterioration. The charger opens up to use as a phone stand and folds flat for portability. Charge your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods all at once. Use StandBy and Nighstand Mode. Perhaps coolest of all, the Apple Watch charger can be removed entirely; it has a USB-C plug so it can be plugged into the wall or your laptop for charging on its own.

Best folding

Ku Xiu 3-in-1 foldable magnetic charger

(Image credit: Karen S. Freeman / Future)
Fold it up

Specifications

No. chargers: 3
MagSafe: Yes
Built in battery: No

Reasons to buy

+
Extremely compact form factor
+
Charges iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods at once
+
Can utilize StandBy
+
Comes with charger and carrying case
+
Reasonably priced

Reasons to avoid

-
Can't use Nightstand Mode
-
Wall charger and cable don't match it

It's clear from our KU XIU 3-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charger review that we really liked this MagSafe charger for travel. It folds up neatly into a little cube and comes with a sturdy carrying case that fits the included cable and wall charger as well. Charge your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods on the go or anywhere; it looks cute on a desk or nightstand as well. You can use Standby mode with your iPhone but not Nightstand Mode on your Apple Watch. Still, the reasonable price point and foldability make this a strong contender.
