Description: A Mythical green fairy-like Pokémon, Celebi is very small but has incredible healing powers. Known in myths as the "Voice of the Forest", Celebi's body is entirely light shades of green, save for its big blue eyes and the dark thick rings around them. Its hands and feet have three digits each, and it has a pair of transluscent wings on its back. Celebi also has a pair of antenae and "hair" that comes to a point at the back of it's rounded head.
Capable of teleportation and time travel, Celebi revitalizes all plants it comes into contact with. It can purify Shadow Pokémon and even bring other Celebi back from the dead. However, Celebi also tend to vanish in times of strife. So long as Celebi can still be seen around the world, there is hope for prosperous times.
