Description: A small, blue bird Pokémon, Rufflet resembles a baby eagle. Its head and collar are covered with fluffy white down feathers, as is its tail. A single red and white plume sprouts from the center of its forehead. Its beak is short and wide, and it has four talons on each foot. Rufflet's talons are especially strong, capable of breaking open Shellder shells. Aggressive and provocational, these little birds will pick fights with anyone, even their own parents, to prove themselves and get stronger.
