Description: Like Mr. Mime and Mime Jr., Mr. Rime is shaped farily close to a human. It has feet shaped like shoes, hair shaped like a bowler hat, and marking that look very much like a purple and blue suit. It carries a cane made of Ice and Ice makes up the fronts and bottoms of its "shoes". A dark purple mustache covers its mouth, though this might be for the best, because Mr. Rime's actual face never changes expression at all. Instead, the face made up of its jacket, buttons, and belt buckle conveys its facial expressions.
An exceptionally skilled tap dancer, Mr. Rime is never seen without its Ice cane. While its feet and cane are the source of its Ice attacks, its odd torso face is the source of its Psychic abilities. Mr. Rime will take on Mime Jr. as apprentices and teach them how to dance.
