but mine fits snugly.second, It does not feel cheap. The paltsic is not very thick but it doesnt need to be thick to protect, it is only there to hold the shape of the silicone. It is the perfect balance of protection and bulkiness.. I had a defender series for my 3gs and that thing felt like a brick.. this one feels just right, not to mention its a lot cheaper than the defender. If youre gonna be rock climbing or working at construction site, then theres no reson why you would want the defender over this case. The screen protector is pretty cool, i dont really see the point of it because the case sits in such way that your screen will not get scratched. i still put mine on and cant even tell its there.. I would highly recomend this case, and no i dont work for otterbox, im just a regular guy that really liked this product and i dont think the reviews on it are very accurate. Thanks!

I like the OtterBox except the screen has bubbled after one month of use. Any suggestions to fix it?

yep, mine has streched as well. i like the thickness of it which is why i won't get the defender case. so i'm on the hunt for some type of rubber case that will do the job.

Agreed. This case is wonderful, but mine has also stretched out significantly over the course of 3 months. If I want to use the camera, I have to pull the case back out of the way or the lens is partially covered.

My Impact case has developed a bad case of stretching lengthwise after about 3 months. When you hold it upright, the phone slips downward just enough so that the earpiece speaker is completely covered, and the camera lens on the back is about 1/2 covered.

I have never used otter box but from the review it seems they make quality. I personally own a Incipio black silicone case that paired with with a glare resistant screen protector and a universal leather case provides (IMO) the best protection. The leather case comes in handy for blunt force to the face of the iphone. I have never used cases and screen protectors but thanks to no insurance through AT@T, this is my insurance. Im gonna buy this case and see if the shock absorbers on the corners will be too big to slip in my universal case. If it fits. I found my new case. If not. Incipio is the way to go 4 me. Ps. My incipio has not warped and i take it off every few days to clean the pocket lint off of the phone. I have had the phone since oct 31, 2008. No noticable loosening of the silicone. Still fits like a glove

This is not the best Otterbox case. Otterbox makes an AMAZING iPhone case that is virtually indestructible. Look at the $30-$35 dollar Otterbox cases. That's where it's at. Otterbox rules.
