I've bought this application, and still using both Twitbit and Twitter for Iphone.

I can't delete any of them... :/

I think Twitbit 2.0 is a great client. For some reason, the layout of Tweetie 2 appeals to me more. If I didn't have Boxcar, I'd be using Twitbit full time though for the push. I really wish Tweetie 2 would implement it's own push though.

I'll probably find myself switching back and forth between Tweetie 2 and Twitbit for quite a while. I'll probably never decide which one I like better for sure. =)

@Liam – no wi-fi is not needed what so ever. Still working fine for me here. You can contact the dev. as they are really good at trouble shooting if need be.

I just restarted my iPhone and synced it up fully (which gave me the latest software upgrade too), and TwitBit still isn’t pushing any @replies or DMs to me. I am very disappointed. I don’t know what else I am supposed to do. Do I have to be in a wifi area?

Push working instantly for me as well. And @icebike,this is number 2. We posted a quick app when Twitbit 2.0 was released to let people know it was available. Not a review.

Ok, 3 twitter app reviews in as many days?

Normally I just step over the reviews I don't want to read. But Seriously, there are 85000 apps, in dozens of genres. Why so focused on Twitter. Hardly a week goes by without twitter stories on this iPhone related site.

Suggestion for Deiter: Start another blog site for Mobile Social Media Fanatics. Same potential for branching out into multiple sites, same volume of speculation, new features, announcements, and other grist for the mill, and potential for a store to sell stuff as well.

Just bought it on the strength of this, and other, reviews. I like the interface. However, just @replied myself as a test – no push. It’s been 10 minutes. What’s the crack? Only bought it for push – if it doesn’t work then can I get my money back?
