Apple will live stream their September 9th special event

In case you thought you'd be missing out on the fun, Apple will indeed be live streamng their 'special event' next Tuesday, September 9th at apple.com/live. iMore will be on the ground to take in all the action, where it's expected we'll see the new iPhone 6 as well as Apple's new wearable device (aka the iWatch).

Analyst claims two iWatch sizes, Touch ID iPads will also debut at September iPhone event

Apple's September event is only a few days away, but that hasn't halted the rumor mill or speculation from seeping through. Hit-and-miss analyst — which is better than most — Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI securities is now claiming there will be two sizes of iWatch at Tuesday's event, but also a 128GB iPhone 6, and a golden, Touch ID equipped iPad Air. Apple constructing large building at Flint Center ahead of September event

Ahead of Apple's special event on September 9, the company is erecting a large structure at the Flint Center for the Performing Arts at De Anza College in Cupertino, California. The Flint Center has been the site of Apple events in the past, most notibly thirty years ago, when Steve Jobs unveiled the original Macintosh. The exact purpose of the structure is unknown, and it's being closely guarded while under construction.

Apple announces September 9 special event and iMore will be there!

Apple has sent out invitations for a special event taking place on September 9, 2014. This is widely expected to be the unveiling of the iPhone 6. The invitation consists of a simple white background with a partial Apple logo, with the date of the event and the mysterious phrase "We wish we could say more".

Apple announces new retina MacBook Pros, starting at just $1,299 and available today

Apple has just announced new MacBook Pros from the live event going on right now. The new MacBook Pros will feature the new Haswell chips just as the MacBook Air received over the summer as well as extended battery life. The 13" model will start at just $1,299 this time around for the 13" model.
