Droplr discontinues free accounts, adds unlimited file sharing and increased upload limits

Droplr has just announced an overhaul to their pricing structure along with new account types, an updated Mac app, and more. Free accounts are going away but paid accounts are getting larger upload limits and unlimited file sharing. Account types have also been added such as business plans. Single file uploads have also been increased to 2GB.

Droplr brings annotation, markup, and sketch support to Mac app with Droplr Draw

Droplr, the popular image sharing and link shortener service, has just announced an update to their existing Mac app that will add a new feature called Droplr Draw. Draw brings with it new options for marking up and annotating your files and screenshots.

Droplr has been updated to version 3.0 which brings with it native iPad support, new sharing options, a tweaked interface, and more. For those not familiar with Droplr and what it does, it's a great way to share all kinds of files and store them in one universal place. With support from many third party apps, it's a great option for keeping track of all the files, photos, and videos you want to share across all your networks.

Daily Tip: How to shorten links on the fly with Droplr

Trying to figure out how to shorten URLs quickly and easily? Doplr is Out of all the apps on my iPhone, I find Droplr to be one of my favorites. Not only do they have an iOS version, they have a Mac version as well. It's one of my favorite task management apps since it helps me share and organize files.

I find it incredibly useful for uploading images, long URLS, and videos. It also allows you to create shortened links quickly and easily. Long links are annoying and look bad in statuses and posts. If you find yourself needing shortened links quite often, Droplr will help you do just that.

Task management apps for iPhone are released into the App Store on almost a daily basis. My iPhone is not only a device I enjoy using in my personal time, it's instrumental in the way I conduct business and keep myself organized.

Between running my own business, contracting for a few companies, and writing for TiPb, it sometimes becomes a task to remember where I need to be or what I need to be doing. I have yet to find an app that combines all the tools I need but the mix of apps I use do a pretty good job of keeping me sane.
