Apple now selling refurbished iMacs with 5K Retina display

Apple is now offering the iMac with Retina 5K display on its Refurbished Store. Currently, Apple is offering three configurations of the desktop, in addition to several non-Retina iMac models.

All refurbished Retina models are powered by the 3.5GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 processor, and are also using the AMD Radeon R9 M290X graphics chip. A refurbished iMac with 8GB of RAM and a 1TB Fusion drive will run you $2,119, $380 off the original price of $2,499. An iMac with 16GB of RAM and a 3TB Fusion drive costs $2,419, a savings of $430. Finally, you'll save $450 on the Retina iMac with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of flash storage, which costs $2,549 refurbished. You will receive a one-year warranty with your refurbished iMac.

The iMac with Retina 5K display originally launched in October 2014. For more on Apple's latest desktop, be sure to check out the iMore review.
