ultrasn0w updated to version 1.2.5 with more support for iOS 5.0.1

The latest version of ultrasn0w has just hit Cydia with support for unlocking additional devices under iOS 5.0.1. You'll need to have a compatible baseband in order for the unlock to work. Below is a list of compatible devices and basebands.
This version supports the following devices and basebands on iOS 5.0.1 -
- iPhone 3GS - 04.26.08 - 05.11.07 - 05.12.01 - 05.13.04 - 06.15.00
- iPhone 4 - 01.59.00
If you're planning on upgrading from an older firmware, make sure you preserve your baseband with a program like sn0wbreeze if you need an unlock. Then follow our guide on how to unlock your device via ultrasn0w on iOS 5.0.1. If you need more help, make sure you check out our jailbreak and unlock forums too.

cant find it in cydia. will you help me locate the ultrasn0w 1.2.5
No
i'm new to iphones, jailbreaking and find much of this a bit confusing since i've never actually done it before, with all the cydia's and snows and basebands blah blah blah talk.
For the layperson i'm reading this post to mean it there is still not yet a way to jailbreak a 4S. Is that a correct understanding?
No, not even close.
An unlock is not a jailbreak, you use an unlock after your phone is jailbroken. An unlock allows you to use a different companies sim card. So if you have an 3GS and you want to use it internationally or on T-Mobile network then you need a different sim card, so you need an unlock. Baseband is the phone worlds way of saying Modern Firmware. Cydia is the appstore of the jailbroken world, oh and never pay for software to jailbreak your device, you will get ripped off.
I got a iPhone 3GS, baseband 6.15.00, on ios 5.0.1. I've tried using the ultrasn0w on cydia but it's not unlocking. I got a Vodafone sim (uk), anyone got any ideas?
do you have any idea when a updated version of ultrasn0w will be released? i have an iphone 4 with a baseband of 4.11.08 and i cant unlock it. i cut my sim to fit thinking that i did everything right and now i dont have a phone. thanks
