iOS 5.1 beta 3

Apple has just seeded iOS 5.1 beta 3 to developers. If you're looking to get in the latest iOS beta and have a developers account, you can grab it via over-the-air (OTA) update or download from the developer site now.

The changelog hasn't fully been posted as of yet, so we're left wondering what all has changed but if you happen to spot anything -- by all means drop us a note in the comments and we'll update once we know some more.

The 3G switch on the 4S alone is worth a pot of gold! Now I can't wait until they finally release it!

There's now an option to turn International CDMA Roaming ON/OFF in the Settings > General > Network > Roaming menu. This is a new addition for iPhone 4S users on Verizon. Not sure about other CDMA carriers.

Wait a second.... How do u keep the phone in airplane mode and have wifi on? ( screenshot above )

Pretty interesting because I'm actually experiencing a slower data speed.
I live in Queens NY and I've averaged between 5-7mbs down and 1-4mbs up.
Just ran several speed tests averaging between 3-4mbs down and 1-2mbs up.
Noticed different wallpapers this time around.
Battery really worked for me on the last beta. Hope this one stays the same.

Battery so far is as good as the last one.
Remember though, beta 2 significantly increased my battery life. I didn't do a clean restore, just updated it from iTunes. This time however I did an ota update and have noticed the same from the battery.
Notification sounds are coming all at once. Like, all playing at the same time a little odd. That's the only bug so far.

So people who update from 5 when it does come out to everyone, may have a slight better battery? I thought maybe they brought out turn 3g off because Ive heard from a lot of people when on 2g/Edge in a no 3g area, it drains battery really badly.

so when can we expect this update to come, my battery is getting drained to death since my home/office are in terrible 3g zones.
