iOS 4.3 GM seed incoming, general release next week?

BGR, who was accurately tipped about the last iOS 4.3 beta release data and build, has heard that the Gold Master release for iOS 4.3 (8F190) is done and could go out to developers at any time, with the full release version possible for next week's iPad 2 event.
Certainly sounds reasonable. We'll know the first part when the GM hits developer.apple.com, and the second part when Apple execs take the stage on Wednesday.
We know a lot about iOS 4.3 already (see our iOS 4.3 walkthrough) so what I'm more curious about is whether or not there will be any previously well hidden, iPad 2 specific features still to be announced? (Other than Photobooth for iOS...) Any guesses?

Well, as a jailbreaker, so far, I see NO reason to update to iOS 4.3 as the feature set stands right now. iOS 4.1 was a must-have for the iPhone and 4.2.1 was probably the single most important and complete update for the iPad, but 4.3? Is there anything compelling in 4.3 that would make the loss of jailbreak and the (plentiful) benefits of the jailbreak as well as its apps worth it for anyone???
The return of rotation lock, for me. That and I accidentally updated my baseband. Lots of nice little features, too.
I have never JB'd my iPhone (more to a fear of bricking it by doing something stupid) and I can say that I've never been so excited about an iOS release as I have with 4.3. I can finally take my WiFi iPad and have access on the go and can setup a hotspot for those without 3G connections.
I'm looking forward to it. from my understanding and i could be incorrect in what i read, but it seems like they are already able to jailbreak 4.3 with redsnow but have not released the JB until its officially out. so im looking forward to it!
also the fact it will be an untethered boot!
