Live from Mobile World Congress with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg! [Noon EST Feb. 24]

And yet another Monday liveblog from Mobile World Congress where Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled to give a keynote address on, well, whatever he wants. Zuckerberg's actually a fairly compelling speaker, and this should be a good one.

What to expect? Probably not any new Facebook phone announcements, folks. Instead, look broader topics that have to do with the Internet, social connectivity and the world in general.

We're liveblogging this one starting at 6 p.m. CET — that's noon in New York and 9 a.m. on the West Coast. Join us!

Let me guess what Zuck is going to announce:

- Facebook Stalker: new feature for finding out everything about someone you just took a photo of

- FaceAds: new iOS / Android app that shows you nothing but ads 24/7 but Facebook pays you $10 a day for the privilege

- HTC acquisition: $110 billion for HTC, just for their patent portfolio and to develop an improved Facebook Fone

Should be an interesting interview. Love to hear his view on the state of Facebook. With usage decline in the US.
