TiVo adds AirPlay support to its app for iPhone and iPad

TiVo has updated its app for iPhone and iPad, adding AirPlay compatibility. This lets you watch all of the programming recorded to your TiVo DVR on your Apple TV.

The TiVo app has also added bug fixes and other improvements in version 3.6. Check them out below:

  • TiVo Stream, Roamio Plus and Roamio Pro users can now use the App to mirror their recordings to an Apple TV.
  • A security update requires updating content already downloaded to the App. Users with multiple TiVo Stream, Roamio Plus or Pro unit may choose to download the content to the app again after the update to ensure all downloaded content can be played.
  • Bug fixes
