Apple has released iOS 4.2 beta 2 for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch to registered developers, once again keeping to their typical every two weeks on a Tuesday patten.

No word yet on what new surprises lurk in beta 2, or in the code deep beneath it, but we'll update as we learn more. In the meantime, head on over to and start your downloads.
