CARROT Fit adds Apple Watch support to insult you from your wrist

Following the release today of CARROT Weather for the Apple Watch, CARROT Fit has been updated, ready to berate you into shape right from your wrist. The Apple Watch app works as a heads-up display for CARROT Fit's "7 minutes in Hell" workout feature.

To use CARROT Fit on your watch, start the workout on your iPhone, then raise your wrist to track your progress. You can see what workout you're supposed to be doing, and you can Force Touch on the watch display to pause your workout, or bring up instructions for how to performa certain exercise.

  • I just discovered the Carrot apps and I have to say....they are incredible. I don't use Fit as much but the alarm is great.
