SketchParty TV drawing game for iPhone and iPad now has a free version

Magnate Interactive has released a free version of SketchParty TV (opens in new tab), its fun drawing game for the iPhone and iPad that uses AirPlay to let you play the game on your TV with friends. A bit like Pictionary, SketchParty TV asks you to draw your given words within a time limit while trying to out-draw the other team.

For those that have never played before, SketchParty TV sees players divide into two teams, with up to eight players per team. You're given five words that must be drawn within two minutes under the standard settings, though these limits can be changed. Games must be played over AirPlay on a TV, so you'll need a second generation or later Apple TV.

SketchParty TV Free is available now on the App Store for both iPhone and iPad.

  • This app hasn't worked with Airplay on both of my Apple TVs for quite some time, I think it stopped working with iOS 8.
  • @David Barry2 - have you tried the suggestions on http://sketchparty.tv/support/ ?
