		<description>&lt;p&gt;How about doing the same as on laptops then?a laptop CPU runs at a lower clock speed when you don&#039;t need much power, and then picks up the speed whenever it&#039;s required. Saves a lot of battery, and has been done for several years.&lt;/p&gt;
