Bryan, I've been lucky and I've been able to repair mi slimkit. This is what I've done:
1)remove the parrot from the device list in my phone (blackberry Strom)
2) Reset the parrot (straighten up a clip and "pinch" for a short while the little hole in the back of the parrot while pressing the turnable knob. Then release the clip and then the knob)
3) Reconnect the parrot to the phone (i.e find the device and authorise) and voilá (hopefully :-))
It worked for me!

I have the same problem but with my blackberry. Looks like its a parrot bug and not iphone specific. Any solution?
