The weird part is that even though it’s only about 10 miles from me right now (Sunday), it’s showing a delivery date of Tuesday. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow!

I ordered my via the Premier site on 6/14. The premier site still states its in “Processing” state. Called the customer support line and they said that once the processing is completed, it will take up to 14 days for AT&T to ship the device. They have a huge backlog on these phones.

Fedex might require a signature but it seems like most are having their package left at the door. A while back, I signed a waiver on a particular Fedex delivery and ever since then, they’ve been leaving all packages without a required signature (even on packages that require one from the shipper).

Ordered on the 14th, but it showed as ordered on the 16th, from AT&T online. Status finally changed today on the 23rd, to show a shipped date of 6/23 and a FedEx Tracking # that shows it to ship overnight on June 23rd and estimated delivery on June 24th! Tomorrow! I sure hope so!!! Yet, the status still shows In Progress under the Status checker for AT&T, just an fyi.

So I did get mine Friday but AT&T sent me 2 32gb white Ipones and I only ordered 1. I originally ordered on the 9th from ATT online, and my credit card was charged on the 10th ( 2 315 dollar charges. But just last Wednesday the charges disappeared and now I haven’t been charged again. Did this happen to anyone else? I was on a family plan, I was eligible for an upgrade but my wife wasn’t, but I still got both at $315 according to my invoice.

Pre-ordered my iPhone 3G S 32GB on the 10th. Had no order status till the 17th, the day I called AT&T to see what's going on. They said the order wasn't placed and they will place it for me. Later that night, I looked on the status page, AT&T was so nice to have canceled my existing order, and replaced the order with the exact same thing, less the order date. Now I'm back-ordered. Didn't get it today, probably not gonna get it Monday, and definitely probably next month.

It's too bad Apple didn't go with a more caring service provider. FUCK AT&T.

I now have mine and it is awesome. I have had the iPod Touch since it came out but having an iPhone is a whole new expierence, at least for me. I really like emailing videos with this phone and even though the videos are short it is still a nice feature. Not to mention that the video quality is actually pretty good.

okay, I phone peeps -- got the phone, plugged it into the wall. It buzzed, the screen came alive for a few seconds, and then it went blank. There is no icon, no light to show me if it is charging/charged. I can't find anything in Apple helps about this.

So -- what is the screen supposed to look like while the phone is off and charging?

How long does the first charge take? It would be nice if this were in the info with the phone.

I ordered my 32 gb iPhone 3GS from Apple on June 9. On June 16, the phone left China and went to Hong Kong, Anchorage and Louisville in less than a day. In Louisville, a hold was put on delivery until late on the 18th when the UPS website site showed an import scan. No further information was posted. This morning at 9:30 AM, UPS delivered the product. I live in the Washington, DC area (N. VA). Hope this helps.

Mine was sent 2 days yesterday but low and behold it is on the fedex truck for delivery, it should show up anytime at my house The joys of working from home!

So all yall thinking you can get it today, early or ahead of the Monday distro info from FEDEX, think again, we are shot out of luck. By the way I ordered mine on ATT premier on the 9th at 4pm.

DarniTT!!!! FEDEX tracking said my phone was in Ft. Worth yesterday, I was excited! I live in Waco 1.5 hours south of Ft. Worth, no way i wasn’t getting it today, right???? This morning it was in Austin sorting facility. 1.5 hours South of me, no problem, I’ll go get it, right? WRONG!!! they said my iphone is in a container with 80-90,000 other packages and can’t be sorted until this weekend!!!!!!!!

AT&T said that they used overnight for all of the pre-ordered iPhones, but they used 2nd day UPS for mine as well. I called them on it yesterday because I was told by a rep to expect my phone on the 19th, but my expected delivery is the 22nd. They are going to credit me $25 supposedly. Hopes this helps others in the same situation.

I ordered the 10th from ATT. Said was supposed to come Monday but this morning I checked the tracking number and it was in TN at 4am and is now out on delivery truck in my city! I didn’t recieve anything til last night and there was no info on the tracking number til this morning.

I have had many packages shipped both UPS and FedEx overnight which I didn't receive a tracking number for until it was already in my hands. Don't know why but oh well. I am keeping my fingers crossed. If I really wanted it that bad I would be waiting in some line at an apple store.

People on the phone know less than you I am sure. They simply read a script and check the online system same as you. I am sure they are thousands of miles from where the phones are shipping from anyways.

I still haven't got my tracking number but is says shipped as of yesterday afternoon with carrier FDE (FedEx Express) I am guessing. Hope to have it today if not oh well. I will get it next week been without one for two years not going to change my life all that much.

My phone was shipped out late yesterday…I ordered on the premier site on the 12th – when it said preorder to get your phone BY they 19th! FedEx tracking says it won’t arrive until Monday the 22nd, but it is already sitting in the sort facility only an hour away from my house at 6:40am today!!! I wonder if there is a way to go pick it up so i don’t have to go crazy all weekend knowing it is just sitting there? I don’t understand why AT&T used 2day when they had promised customers their phones by today? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGH!

I just got my email this morning. It shipped yesterday and is the destination sort facility already. The estimated delivery date is the 22nd though. I guess Fedex doesn’t do Saturday. I wish I sprang for over night shipping.

I ordered from ATT wireless on June 9. My order status says shipped via carrier FDE but there is not a tracking number. I am hoping it will be delivered today. I don’t know if a signature will be required. Nothing states a signature will be required but I don’t know.

I’m convinced they are just screwing with us. It started in Ft. Worth, then Kentucky, at 4:30 this morning the phones are in Georgia. Everytime they move they go further away from New Orleans not closer for delivery.
