Personally I’ve just been using Spotlight a lot to find apps, saves me flipping from screen to screen to screen.

so happy I bought 3GS today!!

@Truth I think they need the option to hide apps you don’t use a lot so you can just find them via spotlight if needed, and they need to add a way to manage the home screens in iTunes so you can reorganize your apps a lot quicker.

This is great and all for games but when will Apple use all this power to run and multi task apps. And while there at it update that UI. Its a pain when you have a lot of apps.
