Developers: Apple releases iOS 5 beta 4 for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Apple TV, iTunes 10.5 beta 4 for Mac
Apple has once again pulled a Friday trigger on an iOS beta, this time iOS beta 4 for iPod touch, iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV, as well as iTunes 10.5 beta 5 for Mac and Xcode 4.2 DP 4.
If you're a registered, paid developer head on over and grab it all now. If you spot anything new and noteworthy, let us know in comments, and discuss away in our iOS 5 forum.
UPDATE: We're getting a bunch of reports that iOS 4 beta 4 is showing up as an OTA update. We tried it and it errors out for us but let us know if you have any luck.

Looks like my iPhone 4 is also working OTA.
OTA isn't wirking for me and showing a whole bunch of errors. On 3G. And Rene posted iOS 4 beta 4.
My iPad would not connect over wifi but i tethered it to my iPhone and now it's downloading the update. Good I needed to use some more of that 4 gigs of data.
130MB is alot faster to download OTA then 600something MB Lol

Um... Please tell me this won't wipe my iPhone.. It's an update right? It won't restore it right? I'm away from my computer for a week... And I can't back up to iCloud since it just hasn't been working on my phone..
so now it says It can't validate my install cause i'm "no longer connected to internet" but I am. wifi and att.
ok, after repeatedly trying it let me verify install and worked.
If you make it to the download screen and it gets hung or doesn't start downloading, simply restart your device (maybe a couple times) and it will begin.

iOS 5 beta 4 OTA worked. Lagged around 1 minute mark. Originally said 8 minutes but, took 20. the dmg file downloaded faster than the OTA. lol
i did the ota update after trying for 45 minutes over 3g with 2-3 bars of service.. im assuming doing so over wifi would cut the download time?
