EE announces 4G LTE roaming agreement for AT&T customers, more soon

EE has today announced a 4G LTE roaming agreement that will allow AT&T customers visiting the UK access to the carriers superfast mobile data. You'll still need to have a device that is capable of roaming on the EE LTE frequencies – primarily 1800MHz currently – but the move is a huge step forward for visitors to the UK from overseas, and more agreements will be announced in early 2014.

AT&T has introduced two new data plans for tablets, a lower-cost day pass and a three-month plan. The day pass costs $5 and gives you 250MB of data for 24 hours, while the three-month plan, aimed at infrequent users of cellular data, will cost $25 and give you 1GB for three months.

iPhone 5s on AT&T: Data and voice review

The iPhone 5s is here, along with the new Touch ID fingerprint ID sensor, Apple A7 processor, M7 motion coprocessor, much improved iSight camera, and more LTE data support than ever. The best phone in the world is only as good as the carrier it's connected to, however, so for the last few days I've been testing it on AT&T in the U.S., and in several categories including call clarity, data speeds, tethering capabilities, and more.
