Supposed iPhone 5 metal back hands-on video surfaces, matches previously leaked pictures

A video has surfaced today that claims to show off the iPhone 5 metal back and casing. The casing shown off in the video does appear to exactly match last weeks leaked photographs which showed a raft of changes from the iPhone 4S design.

Supposed iPhone 5 casing surfaces, looks like it could hold a bigger screen

How to replace the back cover of an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s

If you've smashed the back of your iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s, a replacement is fairly cheap and costs far less than a new iPhone. Not only that, this particular iPhone repair is one of the simplest of them all. The process is the same for both the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s. Replacing the back panel also fixes any issues you may have with a hazy camera or cracked lens since it's built in to the back panel. So if any of these issues sound like you, follow along and we'll walk you through.

More white iPhone HD/iPhone 4G casing images leak out

Yes we have more white next-generation iPhone casing images that have leaked out and this time they come to us from Powerbook Medic. The site claims they received the casing from one of their parts suppliers.

We first saw evidence of a all white iPhone when images of the faceplate surfaced and then shortly there after the those were followed up by images of what appeared to be a fully assembled all-white iPhone. While a video of a all white iPhone in action would be nice, we suppose we can exercise some patience and wait until June 7th when Steve shows us both - black and white devices...

The source link below seems to be down as of this writing but we have one more image after the break!

iPhone HD/iPhone 4G casing in the wild

With the 4th generation iPhone HD/iPhone 4G almost certainly ramping up for production in anticipation for a WWDC 2010 introduction, it's not too surprising parts like the casing are beginning to show up in the wild.

What SmartPhone Medic is showing in the video below matches up to the iPhone prototype Gizmodo got their hands on, once again adding weight to the assertions that this is pretty close to the final design we'll see this June.

SmartPhone Medic also had the iPhone G4 screen back at the end of March. Impossible to keep these things secret anymore?

[SmartPhone Medic, thanks Tim for the tip!]

Leaked iPhone 3G S Matte Finish iPhone Cases Were Real... or Canary Traps?

Way back in February a matte black next generation casing (for what's now known as the iPhone 3G S) made it's way around the internet. No one knew if it was real or not, and since WWDC introduced the iPhone 3G S with the same glossy finish as the previous generation, doubts -- they were raised.
