After clicking the "Schedule online Personal Setup", the process works a lot like scheduling an appointment at an Apple Store. You're taken to a table with a list of dates, with morning, afternoon, and evening sessions available. Select your timeframe, then your desired time. After you confirm, your appointment is set.
