Apple has sent out a note to developers about changes to app ratings and content descriptions. They note that these changes may affect the current rating of any applications in the App Store, then give a little insight about what has changed.
New app content descriptions
There are three new descriptions available for you app — Medical/Treatment Information, Gambling and Contests, and Unrestricted Web Access
Territory-specific restrictions have been updated
Restrictions in the Korea, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia App Stores have changed. You can see territory restrictions for your apps right here on iTunes Connect
Brazil has a new rating system
The Brazilian App Store now has it's own rating system for games to make sure they meet local regulations. The new rating is automatically generated from your existing content description.
