Apple has seeded a new beta of Xcode 7 to developers. This is the sixth beta for Xcode, which is now available at the Developer Resource Center, as well as on the Mac App Store for developers that have the previous beta release already installed.
Xcode 7 is the next iteration of Apple's developer toolset, and is meant to work with iOS 9, OS X El Capitan, and watchOS 2 when they are released in the coming weeks. Xcode 7 brings along support for Swift 2.0 and several new development and testing features.
