Jared started off writing about mobile phones back when BlackBerry ruled the market, and Windows Mobile was kinda cool. Now, with a family, mortgage and other responsibilities he has no choice but to look for the best deals, and he's here to share them with you.

  • Ooh that is a nice deal!
  • "An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition." If the vendor is not Apple, how can the vendor have any idea what "manufacturer specs" are? This statement is a misrepresentation.
  • Apple has rules that have to be met for a product to be considered manufacturer refurbished.
  • Did you forget about the manufacturer-approved so quickly?
  • eBay isn't an online retailer.
  • They're not?
  • That sounds like an expensive headache.
  • Wow, an amazing deal, considering its 64GB, and in almost new condition. I just bought one in Space Grey. I'll be selling my iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch Sport (which I don't use much) to pay for it.
  • I wouldn't buy anything refurbished on eBay after getting burned with a 5c, before I bought my 6s Plus, brand new, eapods broke in my pocket, and I had random battery drain I tried to contact the seller but they didn't respond. Sent from the iMore App

  • I was enjoying the headline, till i saw "eBay" then my dreams was shattered... Believe it (or not) people actually buy phones from eBay, even I bought Apple Care half the price Apple sells it for, and activated it no problem... I guess as long as the phone is not stolen, a blocked IMEI number, than all should be ok. and u can still get AppleCare :)
  • it's $649 now...
