		<description>&lt;p&gt;You are severely over-rating the appeal of and usage of third party app stores icebike. They are pretty much only used by geeks. They have about as much of a negative effect on the AppStore as Creative MP3 players do on iPod sales.&lt;/p&gt;

The fact that this case is closed should not mislead anyone into thinking Apple has fixed the root of the problem--an overzealous and underfunded censorship policy.&lt;/p&gt;
