It's an evolving process on a new app ecosystem so give it some more time, Apple seems to be aware of it and working on it. Some of the things they've implimented recently wouldn't have made sense at the beginning when the app store was new. You wouldn't see a burned CD that some idiot who just learned his first four guitar chords on the shelf at such a store. The iTunes store should be the same way.
