UPDATED: iTunes Offers Free Holiday Sampler by Various Artists to iPhone/iPod Owners
If you been searching for some holiday music for your iPhone or iPod, iTunes has you covered with the iTunes Holiday Sampler by various artists. Oh, and not only is it free for one week, it's an iTunes LP so you get all the goods including lyrics, images and artwork, and so on.
The good news is you will get a total of twenty tracks from artists like Weezer, David Archuleta, Toby Keith, Sarah McLachlan, etc... Now for the bad news, sadly if you are like Rene and outside of the U.S., this is not available to you. Don't shoot us, we're just the messenger.

This is a great assortment of Christmas music. I'm really surprised it was free.
Shame it's not available free for UK customers!
This is just as great as the indie sampler was a few months ago.
When they say free for one week, does that mean it goes away like a movie rental - or you can only get it free for a week?

Are ppl getting the "uk version" confused with the 5 free independent songs, tiesto, lethal bizzle etc, available on uk iTunes at the mo?? Or am I actually the one missing the free Xmas songs in the uk??

I clicked on the link and it says that it's not available in the US. I then tried the UK one, switched stores to the UK and it said it wasn't available in the UK either. How do I get it?
