Twitter introduces their own photo filters

Hot on the heals of Instagram's new big update that includes a new filter -- not to mention their removal of Twitter card and embed support! -- Twitter has released an update to their iPhone app that allows you to add filters to your photos when sharing them to Twitter. They even made a fancy video to show off the new feature and teach you how to use it. The filters are a result of a partnership with Aviary; they are responsible for powering Twitter's photo filters and effects.

Twitterrific 5 brings breathtaking new design, vicious new speed to Twitter for iPhone and iPad

Twitterrific is the Star Trek of iOS. Not only is it the original, but more than any other app, it has proven its ability to re-invent and re-invigorate itself, over and over again, from one generation to the next. From the Jailbreak days before the App Store to now, post Twitter API crackdowns, post-iPhone 5 and iPad mini, the Iconfactory, and with the team of Sean Heber, David Lanham, Craig Hockenberry, Gedeon Maheux, Tyler Anderson, and Cheryl Culling have continually moved Twitterrific forward while never losing what made it great to begin with. Old and yet new, simple and yet deep, Twitterrific 5 is startlingly beautiful and viciously fast, and represents nothing more or less than a re-imagining of the app and the genre.

Flurry for Twitter for iPhone review

Flurry for Twitter is a new iPhone twitter app in the App Store that is just absolutely stunning in design. It features gorgeous animations, intuitive gestures, great sounds, and more. Flurry for Twitter is by no means "fully featured", and although I'm always one to argue that less is more, Ash Apps may have left out a little too much to justify Flurry's price.
