Apple Watch unboxing!

What you're looking at up there is the 42mm stainless steel Apple Watch with the Milanese Loop band. We take it out of its box and show off the watch itself, the magnetic charging cable, the AC adapter, and the getting started booklet. We also have a bonus Apple Sport Band unboxing, so keep watching until the end!

As you might expect, the Apple Watch box itself is an experience, with embossed branding on top and text on the side telling you just what exactly is inside. Wrapped inside the box is a plastic container with an Apple logo on it, almost like an old school Mac Mini or AirPort, and inside that... well, watch the video!

  • Nice! Thought I just heard you say you ordered fast but were a May ship. Awesome! Congratz.
  • It seems like Apple made sure "special" people got their watches on time. No surprise there.
  • No surprise your spamming again. Sent from the iMore App
  • I find your skull icon really "negative." :-( It hurts my feelings, and I think you should change it because negative things are "bad." Also, please look up the definition of "spam" because it isn't what you think it is.
  • Thanks Debbie Downer. Or is it Negative Nancy?
  • I think if I was this upset you would just cancel your pre order instead of always complaining about it. You are pretty much telling Apple you are ok with how they are handling this preorder by not cancelling.
  • It wasn't a "complaint," it was an observation. You people are so set on hating me that you don't even read what I write or think for a second before you post. I'll lay it out factually: 1) Apple Watch supply is heavily constrained
    2) initial orders are backordered for up to two months
    3) Every single person who writes for a tech site however got theirs on time. This leads to the clearly factual statement ... "It SEEMS, like Apple made sure the special people got their watches on time." How is this even a controversial thing to say? How is it not based on exactly what's happening? It's like I'm squinting into the sun and saying "Gee, seems like the sun rose again today." and your reply is "What a complainer!" All of you (unprintable)'s that complain about me all the time are way more "negative" and "complain-y" than I am, and you contribute nothing but bile. And how childish is it going around voting down people because you can't find an argument instead? That's more of an "Ad Hominem" attack than anything I've ever written you babies.
  • I noticed on another unboxing there was a piece of paper or something with handles you used to lift up the watch box without having to tip the bigger box over/on its side. Made it really easy to slide out. Rene's seems similar to some unboxings I saw from Watch reviews.
  • What size watch is it?
  • First line says; "What you're looking at up there is the 42mm stainless steel Apple Watch with the Milanese Loop band."
  • I can't wait to unbox mine in a few hours. . . . Hurry, UPS!
  • Watch the unboxing of 42mm Milanese Loop Apple watch
  • Cool & intersting video. Thanks.
