Felix for App.net updates iPhone version with more gestures, new look for private messages, and more

Felix, one of the more popular clients for App.net has just received a rather generous update including more gesture support, a facelift and enhancements to private messaging, full size images, and more.

If you're a Felix user, you'll notice that with the 2.1 update you'll now be able to swipe right from the left of the screen in order to return to the previous screen. This makes drilling down in conversations easier to get out of without having to tap back buttons.

Enhancements to the private messaging section include a little bit better of a layout as well as seeing the most recent message in your main message list. Images have also received some updates to include faster access to full size images and the ability to set them for the default view.

Felix is a great App.net client for both iPhone and iPad and if you haven't checked it out yet, we'd highly recommend it. If you already have Felix for iPhone, the update also brings with it bug fixes and overall performance improvements.
