Siri can help you purchase tickets to the movies with help from the Fandango app. All you have to do is have Fandango installed and then ask Siri to find tickets. Here's how.
How to buy movie tickets with Siri and Fandango on your iPhone or iPad
First, install the Fandango app on your iPhone or iPad in order for Siri to help you buy movie tickets. It's available for free in the App Store.
- Fandango - Free - Download Now
- Press and hold the Home button or say "Hey, Siri" on your iPhone or iPad to activate Siri.
Ask her something like "Find showtimes for Kubo and the Two Strings."
Siri will pull up a list of showtimes.
Tap on a theater.
- Tap on a show time.
Tap on Buy Tickets.
This will open Fandango on your iPhone or iPad where you can proceed through the ticket purchase process. If you select "Buy with Apple Pay" it will be a one-step process.
Your movie tickets will be stored in Wallet. When you arrive at the theater, open Wallet and show your ticket code at the front door.
