Apple updates Safari with search engine DuckDuckGo as new option

Safari for Mac OS X has just been updated. Today's been a very busy day for updates in the Apple world and Safari isn't going to be left out. Today's update is notable for including DuckDuckGo as a search engine and improving privacy.
Here's the full changelog for Safari 7.1:
- Adds DuckDuckGo, a search engine that doesn't track users, as a built-in option in the search field
- Encrypts all Yahoo searches from the field
- Improves Reader compatibility with websites
- Improves AutoFill compatibility with websites
