CNN Money has published their list of Best CEOs of 2014, and Tim Cook as their CEO of the Year. CNN cites Apple's climbing stock, along with the launches of new devices and the Apple Pay service as reasons for their choice. From CNN Money:

The stock is up 40% this year and near an all-time high thanks to the launch of the latest iPhones and Apple Pay service as well as excitement about the Apple Watch due out in 2015.

Other CEOs of note on this list included BlackBerry's John Chen, GM's Mary Barra, and John Legere of T-Mobile US. Cook was previously named as 2014 Person of the Year by the Financial Times, and made the short list for Time's Person of the Year.
