  • Will it work in other countries also where Apple Pay has not been launched (as it says in first line).... Square Cash might not be supported in many countries as well. Would be better if a list of such apps can be published that provides a Virtual Debit Card that can be added to Apple Pay.
  • While the solution above regarding Square Cash may not work in other countries, our virtual MasterCard program will work in other countries and has been successfully used in Mexico, Canada, Indonesia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong. Sign up for a bäNGk account at the website bangk.us and use it via Apple Pay or get a physical MasterCard to use online and in-stores globally. Also send money to family & friends for free - like Venmo or Square Cash.
  • What other virtual cards can be used with Apple Pay? I'm thinking of students who don't have credit or debit cards but may receive prepaid cards as gifts similar to coffee shop cards.
  • bäNGk virtual cards work with Apple Pay, Android Pay & Samsung Pay as well as other mobile wallets. • I just can't wait to have Apple Pay available in my country. Fingers crossed that Apple will announce expansion of the Apple Pay service at WWDC next month!
  • Yeah... same here for INDIA..... Samsung Pay has already launched in February and while the application is available only in select mid to higher range models like A5, A7, S7, etcc...... I am still thinking why Apple isn't launching Apple Pay in competition. One possible reason can be the way both of them work - Apple Pay uses NFC while Samsung Pay works with NFC, magnetic stripe or EMV terminals. So Apple Pay would required merchants to get new devices with NFCs. But still its a competitive market and if several banks have opened upto Samsung Pay, they would accept Apple Pay too. Waiting to see where all they expand at WWDC.
