Pokémon Go Fest 2020 has come and gone, but during the weekend full of excitement, battles, challenges, fun, and of course Pokémon, players completed every challenge Niantic issued. As a result, in the coming weeks, players will be rewarded with three additional week long events.

What are Ultra Unlock Bonuses

As is tradition with Pokémon GO Fest events, Ultra Unlock bonuses are rewards players earn for everyone by completing challenges. Throughout day one of Pokémon GO Fest 2020, Trainers had over 30 global challenges tied to the Rotating Habitats. Every eight challenges completed by players around the world unlocked one additional Ultra Unlock event week for a total of three events.

How will you know if challenges are completed?

Not only did players complete the 24 global challenges neccessary to unlock all three Ultra Unlock Bonus weeks, but players completed every single global challenge. For the time being, the breakdown of each challenge, including time to completion and average contribution per player by team, can be viewed on the Pokémon Go Fest Team Lounge site.
