As WWDC 2016 ticket lottery ends, Apple starts alerting winners

The ticket lottery for WWDC 2016 has officially ended, and Apple has now started sending out confirmations to those who won a chance to attend. A number of attendees have already taken to social media to show off their confirmations. Once again, Apple is charging $1,599 per ticket.

WWDC Confirmation

WWDC registrations officially opened up on April 18 before closing at 10 a.m. PDT today. Apple previously indicated that confirmations would be sent to all lottery winners by April 25, so it's likely more will continue to roll out throughout the weekend.

WWDC 2016 will kick off with a keynote address on June 13 in San Francisco and will run through June 17. Throughout the course of the conference, developers will get a chance to attend hands-on sessions and seek development tips from more than 1,000 Apple engineers.
