I am a children's song writer. I usually work and re-work a song until all is how I think it should be. I could spend weeks on one verse or one melody! I actually have been quite successful professionally but know in my heart that my best songs are the ones that felt slightly unfinished at the time. My challenge to myself is to write one song each day for the next seven days. I'll start in the morning and by 5 o'clock that's it! I'm done! David Weinstone Music for Aardvarks and Other Mammals
I think that is absolutely wonderful. I am going to be working on my childrens book. Please keep me informed on how your progress goes and we will be with you for the journey!
Great choice for homework, im impressed.
I am a Registered Nurse and I am a perfectionist when it comes to patient care! And the good enough mentality frustrates me. I have taken it to heart that I can do my job to the best and not have to get to 100%. I had to think and coach myself that if my patient is showing improvements and they are clean and comfortable I have gotten the job done.
