How to instantly buy iTunes Radio songs in iTunes

I did not have this option after updating, but it turns out it is because I have in app purchases disabled in restrictions.

Allyson - I always wondered about iTunes Radio - if my music is on iTunes Match would Apple make sure they don't offer me music to buy that I already own?

iTunes Radio? What's that?

It would be nice if Apple could be a little more international. This may shock some I realise, but America isn't the only country in the world.
