Instagram for iPhone has updated with an improved camera, a new filter called Willow, improved tilt-shift, a new Foursquare button, and more. The interfaces for the camera and and filter screens have been completely redone for the better.
Instagram, the popular and now Facebook-owned image filtering and sharing app, has cut off support for Twitter's embedded card view. Twitter cards are one of the ways in which Twitter is trying to offer "rich experiences" within timelines for "value added partners", and likely one of the reasons Twitter is trying to choke the life out of third party Twitter clients like Twitterrific and Tweetbot. (Because users of those fine apps don't get pelted with Twitter cards.)
Instagram, the extremely popular photo sharing service for iPhones and other mobile devices, has started rolling out web profiles to its users. Previously, the only thing that could be viewed on the web was individual photos, but now entire profiles can be viewed from your favorite desktop (or mobile) browser. The profiles follow the same look and feel of the profile pages on the iPhone app, just on a larger scale.

Photo Map displays all your geotagged instagram photos on a map making it super easy to browse your photos by location. In addition to Photo Map, Instagram 3.0 also brings redesigned profile and upload screens, infinite scrolling on photo feeds, the ability to flag inappropriate comments, and more.
