ZEN & TECH 71: Helping with depression

Really going to miss the Videos of Zen & Tech. I do not believe Victor has videos, just a podcast. I know it is harder to do videos, but I seem to get more out if watching you.

Sent from the iMore App

Yes it will definitely be more difficult if you are used to watching but we will still be having some great discussions so hopefully you will be able to stick with us on Vector. Thanks for always supporting and watching.

I just saw a therapist for the first time last week. He was very helpful and made me feel like I wasn't alone in what I dealing with. Georgia, your advice and tips were extremely helpful. Great podcast guys!

There is nothing better than finding a good therapist who can help you weather your dark times. I am fortunate all my friends are therapists and they make my down days so much better.
Im so happy it helped.

New listener here. Stumbled into you via Six Colors. #71 was really good stuff. Really wish I had heard #44-47 2-3 years ago! (Got a 4 year old and 2 year old, need all the help I can get!)

It's really impressive and feels good to know there are people like you out there who genuinely care. Thanks! Love iMore and Georgia.
