Apple has introduced a new tool to help podcasters manage the podcasts that they distribute through iTunes. Under the umbrella of iTunes Connect, Podcasts Connect is meant to be the primary place for show management, and you can use the portal to validate and submit your podcasts to iTunes. You can also control the availability of your shows.
Once you login to Podcasts Connect, you can see all of the podcasts that are associated with your Apple ID. You can also add new shows by entering the URL for a show's RSS feed, then clicking the Validate button. You can get a preview of how information will show up in iTunes, including podcast artwork. You can also easily refresh your show's feed to reflect changes, as well as hide and unhide shows from the podcast directory.
