New heroes have joined the fray!

Beginning April 29, four new Fire Emblem heroes will find their way into the Kingdom of Alberia to face off against the Dyrenell Empire!

Sharena

"If being bright and cheerful all the time lifts everyone's spirits, then that's just what I'll do!"

Much like her elder brother, Princess Sharena has now found her way into the kingdom of Alberia. A new hero introduced in Kindred Ties, Sharena will join your team as a temporary adventurer, By battling alongside her, you can forge a bond that will outlast this event. She is a light aligned lance weilder with the following skills and abilities:

  • Resplendent Slash: Deals 1 hit of 351% light damage to enemies directly ahead, and inflicts paralysis - dealing 51.3% light damage every 3.9 seconds for 13 seconds - with 100% chance.
  • Luna: Deals 1 hit of 504% and 1 hit of 601% light damage to enemies directly ahead, and reduces their defense by 5% for 10 seconds. This defense reduction effect will not stack.
  • Supreme Last Devastation: Increases critical rate by 100% for 10 seconds when HP drops to 30% (once per quest).
  • Curse Res +%100: Reduces susceptibility to curses by 100%.
  • Paralyzed Punisher +%30: Increases damage to paralyzed enemies by 30%.

Peony, a faerie from the dream realm Ljósálfar, is excited to meet a faerie of the waking world. Upon finding herself in the Kingdom of Alberia, she quickly befriends your faerie friend Notte. Peony can be summoned in the new Fire Emblem summon showcase. Peony can also be faced in an epic boss battle. She is a light aligned wand user and her skills and abilities include:

  • Flower of Joy: Deals light damage to the target, and inflicts paralysis. Activates "Skill Shift" if the attack connects. Phase II adds an additional 10% increase to the user's defense for 10 seconds, while Phase III adds an additional 10% increase to the entire team's strength for 10 seconds.
  • Gentle Dream: Deals light damage to enemies in a line, and increases the entire team's strength by 10% and attack rate by 10% for 10 seconds. Paralyzed foes take extra damage.
  • Aid of the Ljósálfar II: Grants the entire team a "Life Shield" at the start of quests. Using Gentle Dream grants the user the "Empowering Dreams" effect. When this effect is active, the user's next force strike will fill 40% of skill gauges for each team member's initial skill (with the exception of Peony), and grant the following effects to all team members for 10 seconds, none of which will stack: Increases strength by 10%, Increases attack rate by 10%, Increases defense by 20%, Adds 5% to shadow resistance, and Increases movement speed by 5%. The Empowering Dreams effect cannot stack, will be consumed on use, and will not activate again for 20 seconds after activating.
  • Curse Res +%100: Reduces susceptibility to curses by 100%.
  • Paralyzed Punisher +%30: Increases damage to paralyzed enemies by 30%.

Chrom

"Our bonds are far stronger than fate."

Chrom, the prince of Ylisse, enters the world of Dragalia Lost first as an opponent. He is a direct descendent of Marth and a powerful adventurer you can add to your team through the new Fire Emblem summon showcase. Chrom can also be faced in an epic boss battle. He is a fire attuned sword weilder like his ancestor Marth. His skills and abilities include:

  • Exalted Sword: Deals flame damage to enemies directly ahead, and grants the user one stack of Flames of Awakening. Flames of Awakening can stack up to three times, and each stack will progressively increase the strength of Aether. Using Aether will consume all stacks of Flames of Awakening.
  • Aether: Deals flame damage to the target and nearby enemies, and restores 3% of the damage inflicted as HP to the user. This recovery caps at 15% of their maximum HP. Afflicted foes take extra damage. This skill's strength will increase relative to the number of Flames of Awakening stacks the user has, and will consume all Flames of Awakening stacks and one level of the user's skill reservoir on use.
  • Full HP = Strength + %15: Increases strength by 15% when HP is full.
  • Sleep Res +%100: Reduces susceptibility to sleep by 100%.
  • Rightful King: If Aether is used when the user has three stacks of Flames of Awakening, and their skill reservoir is at level three, a variant called Awakening Aether will be used instead. Using Awakening Aether will consume all three stacks of Flames of Awakening and empty the user's skill reservoir.

Tiki

"I'll do my best!"

Tiki, princess of the Divine Dragon Tribe, is the first Fire Emblem dragon to cross over into Dragalia Lost. Much like the Fire Wyrm, Brunhilda, Tiki often appears as a beautiful young woman, but when necessary, she can transform into a mighty dragon. Tiki is a water attuned dagger user who is both adventurer and dragon. Much like Brunhilda, when she shapeshifts, her dragon form overrides the dragon assigned to her. She can be summoned through the new Fire Emblem summon showcase: Kindred Ties part two. Tiki can also be faced in an epic boss battle in her dragon form, but she's not alone! Despite being a water attuned hero, she brings along the fire attuned Marth to fight by her side, so be sure to prepare for this fight with more than just the recommended wind adventurers. Her skills and abilities include:

  • Divine Wings: Deals water damage to surrounding enemies, and raises the Divine Dragon gauge if the attack connects. If this skill is used when in Divine Dragon form, a variant called Breath of Fog will be used instead. Breath of Fog deals water damage to enemies directly ahead, and inflicts frostbite.
  • Dragon Valor: Partially fills the user's Divine Dragon gauge. If this skill is used when in Divine Dragon form, a variant called Divine Dragon Blow will be used instead. Divine Dragon Blow deals water damage to the target and nearby enemies, and deals extra damage to frostbitten foes.
  • Dragon Scion II: Replaces the dragon gauge with a Divine Dragon gauge. Tapping the gauge after it has filled to a certain threshold will allow Tiki to shapeshift, and when shapeshifting, Tiki will transform into her Divine Dragon form regardless of what dragon she is equipped with. By tapping the gauge a second time or after a certain amount of time has passed, Tiki's shapeshift will end, but as long as sufficient gauge remains, after a set period of time it will be possible to tap the Divine Dragon gauge and shapeshift into Divine Dragon form again. Damage taken will be reduced when in Divine Dragon form.
  • Burn Res +100%: Reduces susceptibility to burning by 100%.
  • Frostbitten Punisher +30%: Increases damage to frostbitten enemies by 30%.

Co-op defensive battles

The Co-op Defensive Battles have been updated for the Kindred Ties event. Players need to work together to face hoardes of Dyrenell troops while defending castles spread across the map. Players can also use the new Artillary Barrage quest skill, only available for these defensive battles, to wipe out many soldiers at once. These quests require strategy and teamwork from all involved.

Coliseum

A new type of battle has being added for the second half of the Kindred Ties event. Coliseum battles present five waves of powerful heroes featuring many popular adventurers you may already have on your team! These battles must be played solo and are proving to be some of the most challenging in the game yet!

Divided up into the five different arenas, each element features four different difficulty settings: Normal, Hard, Lunatic, and Infernal. Starting with a suggested might of 15,000 and going all the way up to 35,000, these battles are not for the faint of heart. Each of these battles is also timed, with bonuses going to those intrepid adventurers who can complete all five waves in 300 seconds or less.

Familiar faces have returned!

She is a water attuned lance user who can be summoned in the Fire Emblem: Lost Heroes summon showcase. Veronica

Although Veronica serves as the primary antagonist of Fire Emblem Heroes, her role in Dragalia Lost is far less clear. Initially brought through the Uncanny Gate by Loki, Veronica grew weary of Loki's attempts to manipulate her. She joined forces with you to fight back against the Dyrenell Empire and eventually return to her own world. A dark attuned wand user, Veronica can be summoned in the Fire Emblem: Lost Heroes summon showcase and has also seen the addition of a Mana Spiral during the revival event. Using the Mana Spiral, Veronica's skills and abilities can be upgraded to the following:

  • Gespenst (lv 4):Deals shadow damage to the target and nearby enemies. Poisoned foes take extra damage. Damage will be increased as the user's HP decreases. If the user's HP is above or equal to 50% of max HP, consumes 10% of max HP to fill this skill's skill gauge by 20%.
