Pokémon Go Spring into Spring event 2021: Collection Challenge, new Shiny Pokémon and more

Spring in the Northern Hemisphere officially started on March 21, but Niantic is celebrating the Spring into Spring event. The annual seasonal event runs from April 4-8 and features Pokémon celebrating by wearing flower crowns in the wild and even right as they hatch out of eggs. New Pokémon in Pokémon Go Spring into Spring

The event introduces wild versions of Chansey and Pikachu wearing flower crowns. Versions of Happiny, Pichu, and Eevee that hatch from eggs will also be wearing the crowns. If you evolve a crown-wearing Chansey into Blissey, it will keep the accessory.

The event also introduces six new Shiny Pokémon:

  • Chansey
  • Blissey
  • Mega Lopunny
  • Happiny
  • Bunnelby
  • Diggersby
